Frequently Asked Questions

Got a question about our bin cleaning services in Warrington & Cheshire? You’ll find the answers here – from how often we clean, to what bins we cover, payment options, and more.

We recommend cleaning every four weeks as standard to keep your bin fresh, odour‑free and hygienic. In warmer months or for heavy use, more frequent cleans may be beneficial.

We serve Warrington, Cheshire and surrounding districts. If you’re unsure whether we cover your postcode, just drop us a message — we’ll do our best to help.

Nope! As long as your bin is left out (in the correct spot) on the cleaning day, we’ll take care of everything and return it.

We clean standard 2‑wheel wheelie bins, larger 4‑wheel commercial bins, recycling bins (blue, green) and communal bins.

Absolutely. We don’t use harsh chemicals — our system meets stringent environmental standards set by the Environment Agency. Effluent is collected and disposed of responsibly.

If the bin remains full (i.e. not emptied by refuse services), we may reschedule the clean or return the next day — we only clean when the bin is empty.

We accept bank transfer, direct debit (for ongoing contracts), and for one‑off cleans we offer flexible payment options.

Just let us know on the same day — we guarantee to return and redo the clean until you’re satisfied.
